Today, I will introduce a case of deep sebaceous extraction scars that can occur when a hardened mass of sebum is extruded, commonly referred to as “wanna holes”.
In the case of wanna holes, although the size of the scar is small, it can be deep enough that the bottom is not visible, making it appear dark and causing stress, especially when applying makeup.
The patient mentioned that the scar seemed to have developed after squeezing out sebum with their fingers a long time ago, and they visited the clinic to resolve their concerns.

<Condition before treatment>
- A small but deep sebaceous extraction scar located above the right eyebrow
- The depth is so significant that the bottom of the scar is not visible at all
- Located on the front of the face, making the scar easily noticeable and causing makeup to clump
